Join Rainbow Retreats in the Spring for the first Rainbow Hiking Retreat and explore the beautiful Gower Peninsula in fabulous community!
This retreat will combine the joy of hiking and nature in one of the most beautiful landscapes in the UK, with many of the powerful healing practises of a usual Rainbow Retreat. Meditative yoga, gong baths, kirtan (mantra chanting meditation), Sauna on the beach, nourishing food and hiking with a community of queer women and non-binary folks - this transformational retreat will calm your nervous system, create space for healing and help you to reconnect to the flow of life.
What is included:
* Accommodation at Kilvrough Manor near Three Cliffs Bay - single rooms, double occupancy and triple occupancy (in bunk style rooms - no shared bunks) options. This is an activity centre so the accommodation is basic but spacious.
* Transport to and from hiking destinations.
* Sauna on the beach.
* All meals - lunch and dinner will be provided by the wonderful Niamh at Rhannu Supper Club.
* All sessions - Yoga, gong baths, chanting etc.
* Waterproofs and hiking boots can be borrowed.
