Aromantic Spectrum Awareness Week 2026 (ASAW) takes place from 15 February to 21 February. It is an annual, international event held during the first full week after Valentine’s Day to foster acceptance, increase visibility, and highlight the experiences of people on the aromantic spectrum.
ASAW celebrates individuals who experience little or no romantic attraction (arospec), ranging from aromantic to grayromantic and demiromantic and serves as an alternative to the intense romantic focus of February, promoting awareness of aromanticism as a valid orientation.
